World Mental Health Day: Join the Fight for Mental Health

Do one thing. Add your voice. Join the fight

“If we all do one thing, we can change everything”

Although we’re an independent charity, Manchester Mind is part of a national network of local charities, who together with Mind, are united by a common purpose: We’re fighting for mental health. For support. For respect. For you.

Access to mental health support is too often determined by where we live or who we are.

It shouldn’t be like this. But we can change things.

This World Mental Health Day, inspired by the international theme of “Mental Health Care For All” we are asking you to do one thing and join us as we fight to right this injustice.

Head over to the national Mind website to access resources to learn about mental health inequality, add your voice to the campaign and spread the word.

Ideas include starting a conversation about mental health inequality, reading blogs and stats to explore the topic, accessing information and support.

You can also find out more about World Mental Health Day on the World Health Organization website.

Do one thing. Donate today.
