Welcome Team

When you are struggling with your mental health it can feel overwhelming and isolating. We know that asking for help can be difficult. Our Welcome Team aim to make things easier.

If you are making contact with us for the first time and are not sure who to speak to or what help you might need, please contact us on the telephone or via email. Our friendly team will listen, help you to explore your options and help you to access the right support for you.

Call 0161 769 5732 or use the contact form opposite and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Our phone line is open from 10am-3pm Monday – Friday (except Bank Holidays). Outside of these hours you can leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

During the festive period our phone line is open as normal, except on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years’ Day.

Christmas Opening Hours

Our phone lines will be open throughout the festive period Monday-Friday 10am-3pm except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
