“… it’s so great to have some time every week dedicated to yourself and your wellbeing – the people have been amazing and I’ve learnt so much. I feel I’ve really had a chance to work on the things that were stressing me out. It’s deffo the start of a journey but I’m so glad i made time for it and prioritised myself!”

Space to share and connection to other Mums is a vital part of the course and there is also an unstructured session at the end where you will be able to decide as a group, how to strengthen your connection as a Mums Matter support group.
A separate additional session has also been designed for you and the person/people who support you so they can learn how to continue to help and access support themselves. This session has been developed in conjunction with Dad Matters.
