You must provide a copy of your original certificate, or a MHFA Refresher certificate completed within the last 3 years in order to attend this training.
All training includes hard copies of course manuals to be posted ahead of the training. Therefore, please allow at least 10 days notice before attending this course. Materials are required to participate in the training. Certificates will be emailed to participants after completion of the course.
About
It’s important that Mental Health First Aiders keep their skills and knowledge up to date and is therefore recommended to attend a refresher course every three years.
This course will recap important aspects of the initial Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training and cover any important updates and advancements in MHFA. Completing the course will also provide access to the new MHFA England Support App for 3 years of support and benefits.
Who is it for
Anybody who has completed MHFA England’s 2-day Mental Health First Aid course or the 1-Day Mental Health Champions course.
