Menopause Workshops

Menopause Awareness, training for Managers, or Mindfulness and Relaxation for those experiencing menopause or peri-menopause

MHFA

Mental Health First Aid (Adult)

(2 Days) Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised course which will qualify you as a Mental Health First Aider in your workplace.

Managers

Supporting Mental Health - A Managers' Guide

(1 Day) This course will build mental health awareness, increase confidence in having conversations about mental health, and teach a range of strategies to support mental health as a line manager.

Mental Health Awareness

(Half Day) An introduction for any employee to increase their knowledge, confidence and awareness surrounding mental health.

Mental Health First Aid Refresher

(4 Hours) This course should be completed every 3 years to ensure your skills and knowledge as a Mental Health First Aider are up to date.

Youth Mental Health First Aid

(2 Days) Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) courses are for everyone who works with, lives with or supports young people aged 8-18.

Suicide Prevention

(Half Day) A course designed to build understanding and awareness of suicide, and to provide some practical guidance on how you can safely support somebody who is feeling suicidal.

Finding a Healthy Balance: Managing Stress & Building Healthy Habits

(90 minutes) This session gives staff and volunteers an introduction to wellbeing and provides some basic strategies for achieving balance and managing stress in their own lives.
